To promote students to the next class follow the instructions below:
- Go to settings and click on “Promote Students”
- On the page opened, choose the class you want to promote and click on “Promote students”
When Promoting Students, make sure the students in the class you are moving to have already moved to a different class.
You should start with the uppermost class first i.e move class 8 to alumni, class 7 to 8, etc.
- Click on the Add Classes button as many times as the number of classes in the school
- Choose the class you are moving from choose the class you are moving to and repeat the same over the other classes.
