Click “Purchases” then “Purchase settings”
A new page with different tabs ie, Add asset group, Asset group, Add asset item, Asset items will be displayed
Here you will add asset group and the assets in the group, Add asset items and delete or edit by using the edit button.
- It’s the same process as the expenditure module.
NOTE: WE RECORD ASSETS UNDER PURCHASES
FOR PURCHASES SETTING PLEASE REFER TO EXPENDITURE SECTION.
PURCHASES MODULE WILL ENTAIL THE ASSETS FOR THE SCHOOL BUT SAME PROCEDURES AS THE EXPENDITURE MODULE.
