Click “Payroll” then “Employees”
The list of employees will be displayed as shown
To edit the details of the employees click on edit change the information and click “Update”
NOTE:
- If an employee is not deducted any of the statutory i.e NSSF, PAYE, NHIF then click on employment details under edit employee details and then click on the checkboxes under the various statutory to skip the deductions. This way the employee will not be deducted the various deductions from his/her salary.
