Click “Expenditure” then “Expenditure settings”
- Here we add the Categories and the actual expenses under each category.
- Like if we have a vote head like Utilities, then we can add a Category like Water and an expense like Water Bill or Pipes
- Go to expenditure setting: Under add categories click on the add button.
- Select the vote head and then enter the category.
- Click save when done
Also, this can be edited or deleted respectively under categories
- The same is done for the expenses.
- Go to add expenditure=> click on the add expenditure button. here we add the actual expenses items
select the category then add the expense and click save.
